Professor Tai-lok LUI (WYHK ’75)

Professor Tai-lok Lui is Vice President (Research and Development) and Chair Professor of Hong Kong Studies at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). He is also the Director of the Academy of Hong Kong Studies and the Centre for Greater China Studies. Franklin Fan-keung LAM, BBS (WYHK ’78)

Franklin Lam is the founder of HKGolden50, a non-profit public policy think tank. Before this, Franklin held senior regional leadership positions in a global investment bank. He is a Board Member of The HK Airport Authority and The HK Hospital Authority, and a Member of the Lantau Development Advisory Committee. He has served as a Member of the Executive Council and Central Policy Unit of the HK Government.

Thomas Cho-Fai LAM (WYK ’83)

Saville Sum-yiu CHAN (WYK ’91)

Saville Chan (WYK ’91) is famous film producer, screenwriter and lyricist. He graduated from the Department of Anthropology of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2010, he founded his own film company – 目前映畫. In 2013, he first produced the film “The Way We Dance” (狂舞派). He is the screenwriter of “She remembers, He forgets” (哪一天我們會飛), which was nominated the 35th Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Screenplay. He won the Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Original Film Song in 2014, 2016 and 2017. He is also a part-time lecturer at the Film School of the Hong Kong Baptist University.

CHAN Chung (WYHK ’98)

Chan Chung graduated from WYCHK in 2000. He has worked in Commercial Radio for 15 years. In recent years, he is a host of the 881 current affairs program 《在晴朗的一天出發》. He is also one of a bloggers of online media《眾新聞》. He has published the book 《愛港. 是咁的》 in 2013.

Curtis Wan-yui YEUNG (WYK ’05)

Curtis Yeung, graduated in 2005, inspired by the whole-person education in Wah Yan to be a journalist and trying to be a generalist. Curtis actively participated in debate in school. He has finished his postgraduate studies in journalism and worked in media for years. Currently, he is serving besides his full-time job in a community group for research in political communication and public opinion.
